    Please be descriptive as possible describing the home you are looking for. More details I have the more effective I can be in finding you the right house.
  • In a few words please describe why you have decided to move now. i.e. job transfer, downsizing, relocating with the city etc.

  • Please tell me a little bit about the price range you are considering. For example you would like to spend between $450,000 and $550,000.
  • i.e. selling current home, bank requires probationary period with new job position, waiting for job acceptance, awaiting funds for house sale proceeds etc.
  • Calgary commutes can be a major issue for some people. Living close to work or having good access to freeways etc is an important feature for most people in the city. Please let me know what you are comfortable with in terms of a commute time.
  • In a few worlds please explain anything in a home that would rule out you purchasing it.

    Indicate how much you will be putting towards the purchase price of your new home? If the correct option is not available please put the correct amount in the other field. This is just a rough estimate.

    If you have a preapproval letter from your mortgage broker or bank feel free to attach it here. I like to have these on file in case we need one during negotiations.
