Listing inventory has remained relatively close to last week, but for those of you that like stats we did see an increase of a whopping 64 listings to a total of10,510. Single family homes represent 7,169 listings and condo listings total 3,341.
SOLD listings this week reached 373 which is 16 lower than last week. Breaking the total down, 245 of the those sales were single family homes and 128were condo sales. The pending numbers this week are down substantially to 196 from 560 the week before. Not so good! That probably means next week we are going to see an even lower number of firm sales. I will keep you posted.
Below is the SOLD data for May 12 – 16 2008. This week the average sale price for a single family home was $499,490 and the average condo sale price was $299,510.
