Sorry for the delay in getting this post out. I was actually on vacation for the past while. Let me tell you returning to all this snow was sure a surprise. The real estate market in Calgary is still very much the same as a couple weeks ago. The market for all intensive purposes is remaining relatively stable considering the bad news we keep hearing about all the lay offs downtown. I had actually anticipated a lot more listings to be on the market by now.
